We're looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Custom Software Engineer to join a high-performing technology team. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and system components.
Improve system reliability, performance, and availability through automation and best engineering practices.
Monitor production environments and respond to incidents to ensure service uptime.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools to streamline operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver reliable software solutions.
Analyze complex system issues and implement permanent fixes through root cause analysis.
Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and application scalability.
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Strong knowledge of system architecture, monitoring, and incident management.
Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines.
