Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support in both Spanish and English
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications
Must be a Filipino citizen
At least High School Graduate (Senior High School preferred)
Minimum of 2 years experience in Spanish customer support or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a BPO or call center environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
