A leading BPO in Taguig city is looking for an Operations Manager (Healthcare account) to start with them ASAP!
Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Educational background:
- At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
Qualifications-
- Must have at least 5 years of managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company.
- Must be proficient in English & MS Office Skills
- Must have managed Team Leads & Managers as direct reportes with a min HC of 100 FTEs.
- Must have managed clients and should have handled MBRs, QBRs.
- Must be well versed with the client SLAs and Operational Metrices on Shrinkage, Manpower Planning, Attrition, AHT.
- Must have excellent team management skills and should be able to drive team towards achieving organizational goals.
- We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately
