Job title: Team Lead

Work set up: 100% Onsite at Cebu City
Work shift: 24x7
Salary: up to 34K package
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• At least 2+ exp as a Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain)
• Mandatory Skills: Customer Service Helpdesk
• Ensure process is executed as per the client contract
• Drive performance of the team on the identified metrices of the process
• Stakeholder Interaction & Management
• Effective Team Management

Operations Interview: MS Teams

1. How many years of relevant experience as a Team Lead?
2. Do you have experience working Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain)?
