We have an urgent hiring for a Team Leader with US calling experience and a background in Healthcare company, for our BPO Partner located in Pasig City.

Designation/ Role: Team Leader

Department: Medical Billing

Work Timing: Night Shift

Salary: 40K to 60K

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE: Team Lead experience in Healthcare Company

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

Experience in handling a team of 40 people

Graduate from any stream

Willing to work in any shift

Amenable to work immediately and onsite

Minimum 4 years experience US calling process.

Job Responsibilities

Distribution of workload to team members

Helping the team in handling & resolution work-related problems, understanding & interpreting of issues, and decision making

Provide leadership and focus to the project teams

Responsible for the productivity, quality, and overall performance of the projects

Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.

Learn and implement new client systems

Coordinate and organize training for new joiners as well as for existing members of the team based on the project’s requirements.

Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations.
