We have urgent hiring for a Team Leader with US calling experience and background in Healthcare, for our BPO Partner located in Pasig City.
Designation/ Role: Team Leader
Department: Medical Billing
Work Timing: Night Shift
Salary: 20K to 60K
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE: Team Lead experience in BPO Healthcare Company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Experience in handling team of 40 people
- Graduate from any stream
- Willing to work in any shift
- Amenable to work immediately and onsite
- Minimum 4 years experience US calling process.
Job Responsibilities
- Distribution of workload to team members
- Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of issues and decision making
- Provide leadership and focus to the project teams
- Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
- Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.
- Learn and implement new client systems
- Coordinate and organize training for new joinees as well as for existing members of the team based on the project’s requirement.
- Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations.
