Job title: Team Leader

*Nature of Account: Retail

*Type of Support: Voice

*Work set up: 100% onsite at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

*Work shift: Shifting

*Salary: 34K package

*Start date: ASAP/ 15-Aug

Qualifications:

• Undergraduates/College Graduates

• Must have at At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain) and must be in a BPO industry. No Team Lead experience in BPO should be rejected.

• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

• Must be living within Cebu

• Must not be a job hopper

• Should be amenable to attend for an onsite Operations Interview in Cebu City

• Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview)

• Operations Interview: MS Teams
