Job Description

‎We are hiring a Tech Customer Success Specialist to support customers throughout their journey by ensuring product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success. The ideal candidate has experience working with SaaS products and customer success best practices.


Qualifications

‎- College graduate

- At least 2 years of relevant customer success experience 

‎- Experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models, and customer success platforms

‎- Strong customer service and communication skills

‎- Willing to work onsite

‎- Willing to work on shifting schedules

‎- Can start ASAP
