Technical Support Specialist Jobs in Mall of Asia, Pasay City

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing clear and concise solutions.

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions.

Collaborate with the technical team to improve product functionality and performance.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Customer-focused with a patient and empathetic approach.

Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous technical support experience is preferred but not required.
