Job Title: Technical Trainer – BPO / Helpdesk
Work Setup / Location: Onsite – Clark, Pampanga
Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: ₱40,000 (maximum offer), extendable up to ₱45,000 depending on qualifications
Headcount Required: 1
Target Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary / Description
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong technical support and BPO background to deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting, and the ability to guide trainees toward performance readiness in a helpdesk-type environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and passionate about helping others learn while ensuring that training standards meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate technical and process training for support agents in a BPO environment.
Evaluate trainee performance, identify learning gaps, and provide coaching to improve outcomes.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments to align with process updates.
Coordinate with operations and QA teams to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting demonstrations as part of technical training.
Maintain accurate training reports, attendance, and feedback records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and methods.
Qualifications
Graduate of an IT-related course, or completed at least 2 years in college.
Minimum 6 months of experience in training or teaching-related tasks (preferably in a BPO environment).
Prior helpdesk-type background with hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
Familiar with operating system troubleshooting and Microsoft products.
Must have prior experience in BPO / technical support.
Candidates from telco or general tech backgrounds are not accepted.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite in Pampanga and on night shifts.
