Qualifications

- Must have 6 months of BPO Experience

- High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate

- Must have Certificate of Employment from previous employers

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Nuvali, Santa Rosa

- Willing to work on night shift and graveyard shift

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Salary: ₱17,000 to ₱25,000

What You’ll Do

- For Telco: Provide technical and customer support for telecommunications products and services

- For Healthcare: Assist members and providers with healthcare inquiries and concerns

- Handle customer interactions via voice, chat, or email

- Meet quality and performance targets
