Overview:
Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for Telco Account! Minimum 3 months BPO experience required. Up to 27K package.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service info
- Resolve telco service issues and concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
- Meet performance targets
Qualifications:
- HS Grad / SHS Grad
- At least 3 months BPO exp (Voice/Non-Voice)
- Good to excellent English comm skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati, can start ASAP
