‎Job Summary

‎We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Telco Customer Service team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone.

Assist customers with account-related concerns and service requests.

‎Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

‎Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

‎Meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

At least a High School Graduate.

No BPO experience required.

‎Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.

‎Good communication skills.

‎Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
