Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Telco and Healthcare accounts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support.
Qualifications
High School or Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Experience in Telco or Healthcare accounts is an advantage
Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) from a previous employer
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on a Night Shift/Graveyard Shift
Can work onsite in Santa Rosa
Salary & Benefits
Salary Package: ₱17,000 – ₱25,000
