Salary: Up to ₱26,000
Job Summary
We are seeking customer-oriented and technically inclined individuals to join our Telco Technical Support team. You will assist customers by troubleshooting technical concerns, resolving service-related issues, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
Resolve device, network, and connectivity concerns.
Assist customers with account and service-related inquiries.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in billing or sales is an advantage but not required.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
