Salary: PHP 20,000 to PHP 25,000 Package + Benefits

Overview:

ResultsCX Cebu City mass hiring for Telco Voice CSRs! Up to PHP 25K plus HMO and benefits! Virtual hiring process.

Salary Breakdown:

- PHP 20K Package - for 6 to 23 months BPO voice exp

- PHP 25K Package - for 24 months and above BPO voice exp

Responsibilities:

- Handle telco inquiries via voice

- Provide troubleshooting, billing, account support

- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores

- Meet and exceed KPIs

Qualifications:

- At least HS Grad Old or SHS Grad New

- Minimum 6 months BPO voice exp required

- Strong English comms

- Willing onsite Cebu City

- Can work shifting / night shift

- Can start ASAP
