Title: Telecommunications Customer Service Representative (Work On Site)
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Above-average English communication skills
- Proficient in computer navigation across multiple systems
- Typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute
- On-site work availability
Salary Package:
- PHP 15,000 - PHP 16,850

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in the telecommunications industry.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Utilize computer navigation skills on various systems to assist customers.
- Maintain a typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute for efficient data entry.
- Work on-site to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
