Teleperformance McKinley is hiring for our premium BFSI Account! Join the largest BPO company in the Philippines and earn up to PHP 28,000 package in our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance team!
Job Overview:
Join our BFSI Account at Teleperformance McKinley! We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to handle inquiries for banking, financial services, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
Deliver excellent customer service experience
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
Minimum 12 months of BPO / Call Center Experience is required
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) is an advantage
Strong English communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
Can work on shifting schedules including night shift
