About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Support Analyst to join a dynamic operations team within a fast-paced financial environment. In this role, you'll support global trade flows across multiple product lines, ensuring smooth trade execution, settlement, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support for trade flow activities globally, including pre-matching and settlements across all product channels.

Monitor and respond to changes or issues within trade processes to ensure seamless operations.

Lead or contribute to risk-reduction initiatives and process improvement efforts throughout the trade lifecycle.

Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues related to trade execution and settlement.

Act as a point of contact for ad hoc queries from operations, technology teams, and front office stakeholders.

Deliver training and onboarding for new users of trade systems and applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, and operations teams to prioritize and schedule system releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably within middle office or settlements functions.

Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Equities, Fixed Income, and/or Foreign Exchange.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Professional, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Comfortable communicating across all levels within a business.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Familiarity with trade support systems and post-trade workflows is a plus.
