Description / Requirements

Position: Training and Development SME or TL level

Location: NCR

Salary: Open Budget [Based on Experience]

Job Description:

Develop conceptual design materials for training and instruction modules. Evaluate materials to ensure learning

objectives have been met and satisfy performance gaps. Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with

standards, and consistency. Create detailed work plan for course effort based on budget and resource plan. Monitor

course assessment results and recommend actions for course

improvement

Job Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited college or university; or a level of education that, together with experience and

training, enables the applicant to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience

1 or more years of relevant professional experience in the field of learning/training

Internal: certified as trainer for a specific workflow for the supported Function; identified Operations resource

(QA/TL/SME) in lieu of dedicated HC"

Candidates should have at least 1 year experience

Internal: validated by Function and Site leads as Training resource, passed requirements as applicable"

At least 1 year experience in Content Development and Instructional

Design
