Job Title: Training Assistant Manager

Account: Microsoft Account.

Salary: 45,000 max offer, but willing to extend until 70,000 based on qualifications

Work location/Set up: Clark, Pampanga/Onsite

Shift Schedule: Shifting schedule

***Impoortant Notice:

The target start date is later than November 14.

For the rendering period, we can only endorse applicants who can start on or before December 14.

If you cannot start between November 14 and December 14, please do not apply***

Qualifications :

Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)

Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.

Microsoft product knowledge is required

Should have experience supporting a BPO environment(Required)

Minimum of 3-4 years in training or teaching-related tasks(Required)

Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years of college experience(Required)

Telco and general tech backgrounds are not accepted
