Job Description
We are seeking a Training Content Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design and e-learning development, with a passion for creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining training content using Articulate 360, while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to meet organizational learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and training materials using Articulate 360.
Analyze training needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create effective instructional content.
Create storyboards, assessments, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
Develop end-to-end e-learning modules that align with business requirements and learning objectives.
Support trainers during the implementation of new training programs and course updates.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure all training materials comply with instructional design standards, quality guidelines, and project timelines.
Maintain and update existing learning content as business processes evolve.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design or E-learning Development.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Experience developing interactive e-learning modules from concept to completion.
Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
