We are seeking a Training Content Designer with experience in Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, and Articulate 360 to create engaging, high-quality learning solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging training curricula, e-learning modules, and instructional materials.
Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training solutions.
Develop content using Articulate 360 and other e-learning development tools.
Create assessments, simulations, and interactive learning materials.
Support trainers by providing instructional guidance and facilitating training when needed.
Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Ensure training materials meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Eligibility Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
Experience in E-Learning Development and creating interactive learning modules.
