Are you an experienced Training Manager with a background in US Tax operations? We're looking for a driven leader with strong Learning & Development, Training Operations, and People Management experience to lead training initiatives in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end training operations for US Tax/Finance programs.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve training strategies and learning programs.
Coach, mentor, and develop Trainers and Training Supervisors to achieve business goals.
Partner with Operations and stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
Monitor training effectiveness, learning metrics, and business impact.
Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Required).
Experience in the US Tax process (Required).
At least 6 months of experience as a Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager.
Strong background in Learning & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Performance Improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is highly preferred.
Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Metro Manila on a night shift schedule.
