*Account:* US Electronics - CSR Voice Account - Premium Account

*Salary:* Up to PHP 24,800 Package plus Incentives (Basic PHP 18,500 + Allowance PHP 2,800 + Incentives PHP 2,500-3,500)

*Work Setup:* Full-Time - Onsite - Shifting

*Hiring:* 50 Slots - Start Dates October 12 and 13, 2025

*Job Description:*

Transcom Pasig is urgently hiring for US Electronics CSR Voice Account. We need 50 headcounts for October 12 and 13, 2025 start dates.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries for US Electronics account via voice support

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally

- Assist with billing, product information, and technical support inquiries

- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality performance targets

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- At least 6 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted

- Excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Must be available to start on October 12 and 13, 2025
