Work Setup: WFH/Remote (any location in the Philippines)

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: Starts at 100k to 120K

Job Description:

As a Transformation Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading impactful transformation projects, incorporating levers such as Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process optimization. This position involves working remotely from any location in the Philippines during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead transformation projects, overseeing various aspects such as Automation/Technology, Analytics, and Process optimization.

Process Discovery and Orchestration: Conduct process discovery sessions, shape interventions that integrate data, technology, people, and process transformation for optimal outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead, facilitate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes. This involves effective communication and coordination across diverse teams.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.

Communication and Presentation: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience

Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified

Relevant experience in AI or RPA Solutions is a plus

Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Minimum of 2 years of Six Sigma experience/practitioner

Minimum of 2 years of overall work experience related to Business Excellence

Leadership experience required

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience.

Certifications: Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained/Certified.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI or RPA Solutions is considered a significant advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Six Sigma experience/practitioner and 2 years of overall work experience related to Business Excellence.

Leadership: Previous leadership experience is required, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
