Company: Wipro - Leading Global BPO

Location: Cebu - 100% Onsite (WFO)

Account: Premium Airlines / Travel Account

Setup: Full-Time / Shifting Schedule

Overview:

Wipro Cebu mass hiring for Premium Travel Account! Great for candidates with excellent English and passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations

- Handle travel inquiries professionally

- Resolve customer issues efficiently

- Document interactions accurately

- Meet quality and CSAT targets

Qualifications:

*Option 1: College Graduates*

- College Graduate - 4 months BPO exp welcome

- C1 level English required - Close to American accent

*Option 2: Undergraduates*

- Completed at least 2nd year college - No failing subjects

- At least 6 months BPO exp required

- Good to excellent English comms

Additional:

- Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

- Willing for Airlines / Travel account

- Amenable to shifting schedule, can start ASAP
