Key Responsibilities:
Handle cancellations, refunds, rebookings, and travel-related inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
at least 24 months of GDS Experience
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
