Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly-motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally and efficiently
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve excellent service and upsell additional products or services
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and proactive communication
REQUIREMENTS
HS grad,Shs grad,college undergraduates and college college can apply
