Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in blue collar recruitment best practices in advanced recruitment in high volume for industrial and admin clerical verticals.

- At least 2 years of experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and database applications

- Fluency in advanced English (Read/Write and Communicate), ability to communicate fluently with US nationals.

- Must not be currently or formerly employed with TCS and no active application with them to avoid duplications

- Should be amenable to start immediately and can work onsite in Taguig

Preferred:

- 2 years of experience in direct sourcing

- 3 years of experience working in an ATS

- 3 years of experience sourcing through social media channels

- 3 years of Hiring Manager consultative experience
