Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for telecommunications-related concerns, including account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and general customer assistance.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to learn and grow professionally
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary package of up to ₱25,000
- With allowances, night differential, and performance-based bonuses
