Job title: USRN – Nurse Triage
Work set up: On-site in BGC Taguig
Work shift: US Time Zone; Must be open to Night Shift
Salary: 2-4 yrs Clinical Experience: 40K-50K Package / 5-6 yrs Clinical Experience: 60K- 65Kpackage
Start date: Immediately/ ASAP Joiners only
Position Summary:
The Nurse Triage USRN will serve as the point of clinical contact for patients in the virtual
behavioral health program. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with rx refills, assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency, documenting interactions, and directing
patients to the appropriate level of care. The nurse will operate within clinical protocols and
escalate as needed to ensure patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients
• Utilize clinical judgment to determine next steps (e.g., schedule, escalate, refer)
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Follow established clinical protocols and escalation pathways
Requirements:
• With an active USRN license, based in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
• Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working onsite and in a voice-based environment
• Must pass voice screening and clinical assessment
• The candidates should have documents readily available, such as TOR and the Diploma
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
