USRN Training Lead - El Paso - WFH Setup - Up to 80K - BGC/Cebu/Davao/Clark

Setup: Temporary WFH - Flexible / Shifting (Weekends, Night Shift, Holidays)

Salary: PHP 73,000 - 80,000 Package

Headcount: 1 Slot Only

About the Role:

We are hiring 1 USRN Training Lead for our El Paso Account! Temporary WFH setup, up to 80K package. Perfect for USRNs with trainer and team lead experience in BPO/CPO.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and manage training programs for El Paso Healthcare Account

- Deliver effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness

- Apply clinical expertise to accomplish training results

- Write medical / clinical summaries accurately

- Utilize State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines and Client Proprietary Guidelines

- Make sound and concise clinical decisions

- Manage and lead a team of trainees

Requirements:

- Active USRN License (Any US State)

- At least 1-2 years of relevant trainer experience in BPO / CPO setting

- With experience managing or leading a team

- At least 2 years of recent & relevant clinical / hospital experience

- Strong clinical background in Orthopedics, ER, ICU, Neurology, Occupational Medicine or Rehabilitation

- Knowledgeable in Medical / Clinical Summary Writing

- Familiar with State Specific Evidence-Based Guidelines or Client Proprietary Guidelines

- Strong Clinical Decision-Making skills

- Teaching credentials or certification is a plus

- Willing to work flexible / shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Credentials Required:

- USRN License (Any state)
