WE’RE HIRING: USRN – NURSE TRIAGE (Behavioral Health Program)
Location: Onsite | Philippines
Type: Full-time | Voice Account
2-4 yrs Clinical Experience: 40K-50K Package
5-6 yrs Clinical Experience: 60K- 65K Package
About the Role
The Nurse Triage USRN serves as the first clinical point of contact for patients enrolled in the Virtual Behavioral Health Program. You will assess patient symptoms, determine urgency, schedule appointments, assist with Rx refills, and ensure appropriate care routing — all while adhering to established clinical protocols and escalation pathways.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients

Utilize clinical judgment to determine next steps (schedule, escalate, or refer)

Document all encounters accurately in the EHR system

Follow clinical protocols and ensure timely escalation when needed
Qualifications
Active USRN License (based in the Philippines)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
Comfortable in a voice-based, onsite setup
Must pass voice screening and clinical assessment
Job hoppers (frequent changes in <1 year) will not be considered
Recruitment Process
