We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, and lead a high-performing payroll team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in payroll processing, SAP Payroll, payroll compliance, and team leadership, with the ability to manage payroll operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within established timelines.
Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and government reporting requirements.
Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.
Resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure payroll controls and audit readiness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support payroll operations.
Monitor payroll timelines and implement continuous process improvements.

Work Schedule

Shift: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Full Onsite – BGC, Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
