We are seeking an experienced HR ServiceNow Application Developer with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow platform development.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications and workflows.
Build and maintain solutions using Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Service Catalog, APIs, and integrations.
Work with Azure DevOps to manage user stories, releases, and deployment activities.
Support CI/CD lifecycle management and test automation for HRSD processes and ServiceNow integrations.
Collaborate with multiple product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Document development standards, best practices, and technical processes.
Communicate new capabilities and process updates to improve enterprise adoption.
Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, business objectives, and platform governance.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and platform enhancements.

Work Schedule

Shift: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 Days WFH, 3 Days Onsite) – Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Start Date: TBD

Eligibility Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development, API Testing, and ServiceNow Integrations.
Experience with Azure Fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
