Insurance Customer Support Specialist

Salary: Up to ₱22,000/month + bonuses

⏰ Schedule: Dayshift

Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with insurance inquiries.

Resolve concerns and maintain service quality.

Record and document interactions.

Qualifications:

Completed 2 years in college or K-12/SHS Graduate.

1 year of BPO experience required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
