Technical Support Agent – Consumer Electronics Account

High School graduate (Old/ New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor's degree

At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, of which 6 months are in a technical account.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Amenable to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)

Work Arrangements: WORK FROM HOME with access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription, 15 mbps UL and DL speed)

Salary Package: up to 30k
