Workday Payroll Specialist | Workday HCM | Integration | Hybrid (Quezon City, Night Shift)
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH | 3 Days Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are looking for a Workday Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll modules, integrations, and enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Workday solutions across the organization.
If you have hands-on experience in Workday Payroll, integrations (EIB, PECI, Core Connectors), and enterprise HR systems, and thrive in a dynamic, Agile environment—this role is for you.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience in two or more of the following:
Core Competencies
- Serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday Payroll and other Workday modules (Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Integration)
- Support the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for enterprise HR systems
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Workday applications and integrations
- Develop and manage Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Customize and integrate Workday with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow)
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong experience in Workday Payroll and/or Workday HCM modules
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Workday Advanced Reporting
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI
- Workday Studio & Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Functional/technical knowledge of one or more:
- Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent
- Absence Management, Time Tracking, Security, Data Conversion
- Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including:
- Case & Knowledge Management
- Portal configuration (widgets, content automation)
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of software engineering principles and system design
- Experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Programming: Java, Python, C#, C++
- Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
- Frameworks: Angular, Node.js
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, SQL Server
- Cloud/DevOps: Azure, Ansible
- Data/Analytics: R
- APIs & Services: WCF, RESTful services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
- Adaptable and composed under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
