WORKFORCE SCHEDULER

LOCATION

Taguig Mandaluyong

Description / Requirements

Salary/ Rate: 35K max

Work Set up: Onsite

Location: Mega Mall / Taguig

Responsibilities:

· Provide regular on-going analysis of schedule placement in line with business requirements.

· Provide support for Partner Workforce Management teams with regards to absenteeism targets as well as productive shrinkage targets

· Monitor and review shrinkage entered by Partner Workforce Management prior to lockdown. Call out any anomalies with relevant parties to ensure that impacts are minimized

· Identify and implement improvements & enhancements of systems and processes, where such changes will add value to the business, or increase the efficiency of the team

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· BPO Experience is a must

· At least 3 years of similar work experience

· Knowledge of scheduling process and experience with automated software IEX TotalView, Eworkforce, Avaya CMS, Symposium Web Client.

· Knowledge in MS Word and Excel

· Amenable to work in shifting or graveyard schedule

· Willing to work during holidays and weekends if needed

· Above-average oral and written communication skills

· Willing to work onsite - Megamall/Taguig

· Must be currently residing within Metro Manila as position is Urgent and candidate location must be near Mandaluyong/Taguig

· Can start ASAP
