A Business Development Representative is expected to:

Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database

Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

Perform Outbound Telemarketing

Appointment Setting

Qualify fresh leads

Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right solution to solve the customer’s problem

Ensure that all leads are well managed and meeting sourcing targets

What it takes to be part of our team:

At least 2 years of experience as a customer service representative/outbound sales
