Customer Service Representative (CSR) – UK Financial/Collections Account

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite | UK Shift

Qualifications

At least 1 year of UK Collections experience

1–2 years of US/UK Banking or Financial Services experience

Experience managing collections, payment arrangements, or overdue accounts for UK customers.

General Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems.

Willing to work onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City on a UK Shift schedule.
