Job Description:
* Subject matter expertise in finance and credit card services
* 1-2 years of financial service and CX background, credit/loans experience preferred
* Critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills for issue resolution
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Independent and self-motivated approach
* Ownership of customer's issues
* Empathy, understanding, and patience for young adults learning about credit
* Listening to and addressing customer concerns or fears about credit
* Reassuring and trusted advocate for customers
* Exceptional customer service skills to defuse customer anxiety
* Previous experience in fast-paced, multi-channel customer support
* Clear and accurate communication of complex topics
* Familiarity with payments and disputes processes
