Salary: PHP 50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Start Date: September 15
Relocation Package: PHP 26,000 (one-time) + 30 days accommodation

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager – (Disability) Insurance Claims to join our team. The successful candidate will manage performance, drive service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction while leading a pioneer line of business (LOB) in the insurance claims space.
Key Responsibilities

Manage team performance and ensure service quality in line with client expectations.

Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Develop and implement strategies based on accurate data analysis and observations.

Identify training needs and support team skill development.

Oversee insurance-related processes including disability insurance claims, medical terminology, and system tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders for updates, changes, and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company and client processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any course (preferred, not required).
Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
BPO experience (required, non-negotiable).
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Disability Insurance programs (Short-Term Disability intake processing/management).
Experience in Group Insurance, Healthcare, and other Insurance programs in a BPO setting (required).
Familiarity with FINEOS is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills to manage a pioneer LOB.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
