Role Overview:

As an Insurance Claims Support Associate, you’ll assist customers in managing their claims, guiding them through the process, and resolving any concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with filing and tracking insurance claims

Provide guidance on policy coverage and eligibility

Ensure proper documentation for claims

Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience

Requirements:

At least 1 year of BPO experience

2 years in college (no back subjects)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
