What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets customers' needs.
- Offer options of flights, classes of service, products, and services to customers.
- Answer and assist customers' inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellation, flight irregularities, and other general information.
- Assist customers' requests and inquiries on frequent flyers' program and Star Alliance-related needs.
Who are we looking for?
- College level
- Must have at least 1 year of BPO work experience
- With at least 6 months experience handling an airline account
- Preferably with chat and/or email experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
