• at least 21 years of age
• has atleast 6 months Customer Service Experience (other experience is acceptable)
• a Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
• atleast HS Grad ( Old Curr) / SHS Grad
• with basic web navigation skills
• with good communication skills
• willing to start immediately
• must have valid NBI (6 months to 1-year validity from the date of joining)
