Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Staff Accountant to manage key accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, and audit support. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries accurately
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results
Handle large datasets for reporting and analysis
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Contribute to process improvements and automation
Support internal and external audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
CPA is an advantage (non-CPA candidates may apply)
At least 4 years of accounting experience
Strong experience in:
General Ledger and Balance Sheet
Journal Entries and Accruals
Account Reconciliation
Financial Reporting and Analysis
Month-end / Quarter-end / Year-end closing
Invoice preparation
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Advanced Excel skills and strong data handling ability
Good communication skills
