Position: Sr. Graphic Designer

Schedule: Nightshift

Set-up: On-site (Clark, Pampanga)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.

• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, for various digital and print mediums, including social media, websites, email marketing, brochures, flyers, and other promotional formats.

• Put together attention-grabbing videos and multimedia clips for marketing campaigns, social media, and other multimedia applications.

• Generate ideas to portray concepts and promote ULedger’s offerings.

• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects, in collaboration with our Marketing Team

• Produce mock-ups, wireframes, and proof-of-concepts to support our Product Team

• Utilize AI tools to create high-quality designs with speed and efficiency.

• Review and provide feedback on junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.

• Research and implement up-to-date design industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience as a Design professional

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Some experience in project management and/or leading other designers a plus

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work across multiple mediums such as web, print, video, animation, etc.

• Excellent experience using Canva, Sketch, or Figma

•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Excellent video-editing skills

• Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools a plus; and/or a willingness to incorporate AI tools into workflow.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.

•Demonstrated ability to quickly generate and iterate on high-quality deliverables.

• Positive attitude, a passion for design, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

• Interest in Web 3 and blockchain technology is a plus.

• Familiarity with design thinking and UX design methodologies an asset
