Qualifications:

Knowledge of some or all of the following programming and systems development tools and emerging technologies – VBA, Java, .Net, web programming, virtualization, Cloud computing, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB

Has experience with identifying potential service risks and issues, and providing effective technical solutions to mitigate those risks

Minimum of 5 years work experience in related field/job (IT Projects)

Scope of Responsibilities:

Systems/Application Development or Enhancement

Help identify system/application solutions that will address the users’ requirements

Document business requirements as basis for application development

Design and develop new programs, reports or enhancements to existing applications

Conduct unit and system testing on applications developed or enhanced

Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing and deployment

Maintain project and code repository

Data Processing and Application Support

Maintain and implement updates to third-party systems

Manage access and licenses in coordination with Infrastructure support

Provide support to business through specific administrative functions (eg. ARIMA opening and closing)

Support ad hoc request for data extraction and reports generation

Address and resolve tickets raised for application support/remediation

Vendor Management

Liaise with partners and service providers
